ABOUT US

ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Airlangga is one of the five founding members of the Asian Law Students’ Association in Indonesia. Established on May 18, 1993, ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Airlangga is proudly situated in Surabaya, East Java. This year, the chapter is celebrating its 32nd anniversary.

This year, ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Airlangga has restructured its Board of Directors. The new board comprises a Director, 2 Secretaries, 2 Treasurers, and 4 Vice Directors, namely the Vice Director of Internal Affairs, Vice Director of External Affairs, Vice Director of Academic Affairs, and Vice Director of Media and Financial Affairs. This dedicated team supervises 10 divisions, which include the Internal Division, Human Resource Development Division, External Division, Public Relations Division, Alumni Relations Division, Academic Development Division, English Development Division, Legal Competition Division, Financial Division, and ICT Division.

Each division is led by its own manager at ALSA LC UNAIR and has distinct signature programs. These programs include the ALSA English Fair (AEF), ALSA National Legal Forum (ANLF), ALSA Local Social Responsibility (ALSR), Organizing Leadership Managerial of ALSA, International Video Conference, and several others.

As an organization that has stood strong for over 31 years, ALSA LC Unair remains steadfast in its mission to serve as a platform for students to enhance their creativity, strengthen their academic capabilities, and nurture leadership potential. Guided by the four noble pillars of ALSA Internationally Minded, Legally Skilled, Academically Committed, and Socially Responsible we strive to reflect these values in every aspect of our movement.
